If you have any objection of any sort or to anything in this Agreement or our Privacy Policy, please do not register or use the services provided through us.
1. The Website is intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and information for its Registered Users / guests who have a bonafide intention to enter into a matrimonial alliance. The Website does not purport to be a dating or a friendship contact website and does not, in any manner whatsoever, monitor the first or subsequent contacts, introductions and/or interactions which may take place amongst / in between the Registered User(s) due to any information specified in the Website.
2. Eligibility: By accepting the Terms and using this Website you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If at any time the Company is of the opinion or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a Registered User or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, the Company reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the Website without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee. The following are additional restrictions on the eligibility criteria:

Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Website will be investigated, and be subject to appropriate legal action.
(d). Exclusive Use: Your account is for your sole and personal use, you may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
3. Registration and Subscription: You may become a Registered User of the Website at no cost by registering your profile i.e. filling in the enrollment form on the Website ("Basic Member"). As a Basic Member you will have the ability to participate in some, but not all, of the features and services available within the Website. In order to access additional features and services, including the ability to communicate with other Registered Users, you must
become a Premier Member i.e. a paying subscription fee to the Website ("Premier Members"). Please see subscription page for a description of subscription plans and fees. This subscription fee list is part of this Agreement. The Company may change the subscription fees for the Website at any time but will give you reasonable notice of this before it does so. If you are not happy with any such changes to the subscription fee you may terminate your membership by writing to the Company in a manner provided hereunder.
4. Term of the Agreement: The Company may terminate this Agreement and/or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your enrollment form for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to the Website. If the Website terminates your membership for reason of any breach by you of the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees.
You shall also have the option to terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to the Company. If you terminate your membership, you shall not be entitled to a refund the subscription fees.
5. Online Conduct:
(a) You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish, display or otherwise communicate in any manner whatsoever on the Website, or transmit to any other Registered Users. The Website reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the Site. In exercising this right, the Website/Company may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the content you post on the Website. If you fail to produce such evidence, the Website/Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate your access or membership without a refund.
(b) You will not post on the Website, or transmit to other Registered Users, or otherwise communicate any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind or material that contains an "indecent representation of women" within the meaning of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986, threatening, harassing, communally or religiously offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). Any violation or breach of these Terms may lead to automatic suspension or termination of your membership without a refund of the subscription fees.

If information provided to the Company, Website or another Registered User, subsequently becomes inaccurate, deceptive or false, you will promptly notify the Company of such change.
(d) You will use the Website in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations including but not limited to network data transfer, standard internet protocols and W3C.
(e) Prior to applying for Premier Membership, your E-mail correspondence with other Registered Users will not include any personally identifiable information which would enable other Registered Users to discover your identity. Upon becoming a Premier Member certain personal information about you will be made available to, or will otherwise be accessible by, other Registered Users.
(f) You will only create one unique profile with the Website. You will not impersonate any person or entity. If duplicate or multiple profiles are found the Website may suspend any or all the profiles without a refund of the subscription fees.
(g) You will not post, copy, modify, transmit, show in public or private, create any derivative works from, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
(h) You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Registered Users. You understand that the Company makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your ultimate compatibility with individuals you meet through the Website.
(i) You will promptly report to the Company any violation of the Terms of this Agreement by other Registered Users.
(j) The Company reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted in the public areas of the Website. The Company/Website may investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement including removing any material or content that in its sole opinion violates, or is alleged to violate, any applicable law or either the letter or spirit of this Agreement and terminating the membership of such violators without a refund.
